What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 10
a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2. Where are you located?
Our Salon is found at the intersection of Hwy 70 and Bryan rd.

3. Is there parking?
There is an abundance of parking.
4. Is there storage
for my valuables? A locker is provided for your personal belongings. However,
we are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
5. What should I
bring with me when I visit the Spa? Robes, towels, sandals and shower facilities
are all available. If you're enjoying water therapy services, please bring a swimsuit.
Don't forget your open toe shoes when you come in for a pedicure.

How much notice do you require if I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment? 24-hour
cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep an appointment. Cancellation
fees are as follows: more than 24 hours notice, package will be cancelled without
a charge; less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the package price will be charged;
failure to show, the entire package or service price will be charged.

How far in advance should I book my appointment to be sure I get the time and
day I want? We suggest booking at least two weeks prior to the time and
date desired. At busy times such as the holiday season, it may be a good idea
to book a month ahead.
8. How far in advance should I arrive before
my appointment? We ask that you kindly check in at least 15 minutes prior
to your services.
9. Are my massage services covered by the Provincial
Health Plan? The Provincial Health Plan does not cover massage, but most
group insurance plans cover the cost of part or all of a massage service performed
by a Registered Massage Therapist. All of our therapists are RMTs. Consult your
insurance plan outline for more details.
10. What spa services can I
enjoy with a friend or my partner? Enjoy a manicure or pedicure, or relax
with a massage.
Children, Cell Phones & Pagers In order to
keep our peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that all children, cell phones and
pagers be left at home. |
